What we collect

Name, email, phone number, and anything you type into our forms. If you become a member, we also collect what we need to run your membership, such as class attendance, waivers, and billing details. Our website also collects basic technical data like device type and pages visited.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, schedule intros and classes, manage memberships and payments, send gym updates, and improve our site. We only send marketing emails or texts if you opt in.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to run the business: Squarespace (website), BTWB (scheduling, memberships, member records), Mailchimp (email and text messaging), and our payment processor. They may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Text messages

Your choices

Security and retention

Kids and teens

Our site is not directed to children under 13. Parents or guardians sign up minors for our Kids & Teens programs and provide their information.
